The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Bureau of Early Intervention and the Bureau of Children, Youth, and Families have released the Foundations of Social-Emotional Development in Infants and Toddlers, an online training that consists of three modules. The training content was developed by Gilbert Foley, Ed. D, IMH-E ® and Susan Chinitz, Psy.D. on behalf of the New York Center for Child Development (NYCCD) and the Training and Technical Assistance Center (TTAC).
